Concrete crew screeding a commercial slab pour at first light in Dallas

Services — commercial · industrial · residential

What we build

Two tracks under one roof: commercial and industrial work for owners and developers, and custom residential held to the same controls. Both priced by the same estimating group in Houston.

Track 01 — Commercial & industrial

For owners who track
schedule in days

Five core scopes, most of them repeat business. 62% of our commercial clients have signed a second contract.

01 — Ground-up commercial

Site to shell to CO

Retail, office, flex, medical, and institutional buildings taken from raw dirt to certificate of occupancy. We run civil, structure, skin, and interiors under one baseline schedule, so the crane never waits on a decision.

Recent work includes 1.2M SF of tilt-wall in Harris County since 2019 and a 41-week permit-to-shell delivery in Baytown — two weeks ahead of baseline.

02 — Tilt-wall concrete

Self-performed, panel to parapet

Our own forming, casting, and erection crews — not a broker's. Self-performing the structural scope is why our shells hit schedule: panel day slips for nobody's subcontractor availability.

Casting beds, embed layout, and lift engineering are coordinated in-house, with panels routinely at 45 feet and taller for clear-height-driven logistics product.

03 — Design-build & CMAR

One contract, early numbers

When we hold the design contract or sit at the table during design, owners get pricing at schematic — not after permit. Our last 40 negotiated projects closed within an average 2.1% of the GMP.

We bring our architect and engineer bench, or work with yours. Either way, constructability review starts before the first sheet is issued for pricing.

Track 02 — Custom residential

Homes built with
commercial discipline

The same estimators, schedulers, and superintendents who deliver $40M shells run our homes. That's the difference between a builder and a general contractor.

06 — Custom homes

Architect-led, ground-up

New construction from $750K to $12M, always from an architect's set — we don't sell plans, we build yours. Owners get a resource-loaded schedule at contract, cost reporting every two weeks, and a dedicated superintendent who runs one home at a time.

07 — Whole-home remodels

Structural, not cosmetic

Taking significant houses down to frame and building them back correctly — foundations, steel, systems, envelope. In River Oaks, Highland Park, and Alamo Heights, that means protecting what makes the house worth keeping while replacing everything that isn't.

Down-to-stud structural remodels, $500K – $5M
