Commercial Superintendent
Run $10M–$40M ground-up work from pad to CO. 8+ years supervising commercial construction, tilt-wall experience preferred. OSHA 30 required — current, or we schedule it your first week.

Own budget, schedule, and owner relationship on two to three concurrent projects. 5+ years of commercial PM experience, Procore fluency, and a closeout record you're willing to talk through in detail.

Conceptual through GMP pricing on commercial and industrial work. 3+ years estimating with a GC, strong quantity takeoff, and the judgment to flag a bad number before it becomes a bad job.

Layout, RFIs, submittals, and daily reports on a $41M shell. 0–3 years experience; construction management or civil engineering degree, or equivalent field time. This is the superintendent track.
